Once your baby starts rolling, swaddling has to stop — and this is what takes its place. A sleeping bag is a blanket your little one wears: it stays on however much they move, there's nothing loose in the cot, and you can finally stop getting up to re-cover them through the night. Ours is a single layer of organic cotton muslin, light and breathable enough for most rooms. In a cooler AC room, simply add a cotton layer underneath rather than reaching for a heavier bag. Front zip for easy night changes, in eight lovely prints.
Questions parents ask
When should I switch from a swaddle to a sleeping bag?
As soon as the baby shows signs of rolling, usually around 3–4 months.
Is one layer enough in an AC room?
Set the AC to 24–26°C and dress the baby in a cotton vest or jabla underneath. That is usually enough.
What size?
0–6 and 6–12 months; the product page lists the length.
