Your baby's safety and hygiene come first for us. To make sure every product reaches you fresh and untouched, we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. Every piece goes through multiple quality checks before shipping, so you can order with confidence.
Damaged, wrong or incomplete orders If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete order, we'll make it right. Please:

Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.

Keep the product unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once we verify the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Where possible, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. Claims raised after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Order cancellations You can cancel or change your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 91505 50333, or email care@aariro.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled.
