Sleepless nights definitely are a complaint with every mother, but it's totally worth it when we think of the numerous magic it does.
We did a lot of traveling for some medical reasons when my girl was between 2.5 and 6 months and I cannot think of anything other than breast milk, there are lot of brands in formula milk but while traveling, breast milk is the most instant and surplus food that is available. We don't need anything extra, no hot water, no feeding bottle, no spillage, no mess. Feed the baby, move on. A very simple, yet highly nutritious food a baby can get. Infact it helped with my baby's healing process too.

The day I started my Pregnancy journey I was very sure I will not give a drop of Formula - This was my saying till the end and so happily my supply was good and I was very keen to have all the foods which increased my milk supply..Aditi was a Colic baby , so it was not at all easy for me till 6 months..Colic babies be very cranky and my only all time support was breast feeding !
