The day I started my Pregnancy journey I was very sure I will not give a drop of Formula - This was my saying till the end and so happily my supply was good and I was very keen to have all the foods which increased my milk supply..Aditi was a Colic baby , so it was not at all easy for me till 6 months..Colic babies be very cranky and my only all time support was breast feeding ! I have had lots of cluster feedings but my energy was draining at the same time !! I use to have sleepless nights and next morning I will have a drink of Electrol for my instant energy. Everyone around me asked to stop BF but I was very desperate to give my baby full immunity with BM. I was thinking not everyone has sufficient Breastmilk and when I had enough why shud I stop..I successfully completed 26 months of Breastfeeding continuously ! I am a big believer in breastfeeding but a bigger believer in formula or breast, fed is best! The mental and physical health of the mother and the health of the infant is all that matters. I nursed my older child till he was 23 months old and my younger one just finished 6 months of breastfeeding and we will continue for as long as we can.
